When your dad is a billionaire, and you have the looks of a pinup boy football star, life should be easy. But Alexander Rowlinson never wanted a fancy house or a fancy car. He didn't even want all of his football star jock 'friends' either. He just wanted to spend time with the parents who were never there for him and curl up with a good book.

Bee Channon might have been feisty. But if she was feisty it was for a good reason. Because if there was one thing she resented, it was all of the rich kids at her school who took everything for granted. To get into Rochester Academy, she had half needed to kill herself – and even then her scholarship was a year-by-year proposition. But did they appreciate what they had? No way. Two students, different stories – until one day their lives inextricably cross. Not 'cross' as in 'they bump into each other' cross. 'Cross' as in 'some weird alien artefact causes their minds to switch into each other's bodies'.

From there, aided by a telepathic link, two natural enemies will need to team up to avoid falling prey to crazy alienologists, ruthless government agencies, and pedantic school rules – all while figuring out a way to return to their own bodies before the switch locks permanently into place.
